Neti helps move money and digital assets in production environments by integrating with the systems our clients already use. We are building NetiRails a payment orchestration platform running on client infrastructure. You have a chance to build a software technology partner with a global reach on the digital asset market. We are looking for an analytical mind to join our team, focusing on measuring, testing, and optimizing our marketing efforts in the blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity and adjust future plans accordingly.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct constant tests and experiments and quickly conclude them using A/B testing tools to identify the best-performing campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze sales advertising campaigns across main channels (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive B2B SaaS lead generation.
  • Market Research: Monitor the market and analyze trends, researching customer opinions and conducting competitive analysis.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the IT industry).
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS Marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FB Ads, Google Ads i Ads Editor, LinkedIn Ads, Keyword Planner, Ads Manager, Audience Insights, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level C1.
  • Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in Polish.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in B2B/software sales.
  • Knowledge of #blockchain #crypto.
