Project Manager / Product Owner (FinTech, Stablecoins, Web3)

Neti is building Neti Stable Suite: a set of modular building blocks that help FinTechs deliver stablecoin-powered payments and programmable financial products faster, with lower cost and reduced delivery/regulatory risk.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Product Owner to lead cross-functional delivery (up to ~10 people) and drive execution excellence across discovery, roadmap, sprints, QA, and go-live working closely with engineering leadership and client stakeholders. This is not “another SaaS”. We build next-gen infrastructure and reusable modules such as wallet capabilities (custodial / hybrid / non-custodial), transaction flows abstraction (chains, gas, execution), compliance layers (AML/KYC integrations), and on/off-ramp integrations, designed for real FinTech constraints and MiCA-driven market momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery for complex product: discovery → roadmap → implementation → QA → deployment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

  • Build and maintain a clear product/project roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and client outcomes.

  • Translate business needs into well-structured requirements (epics, stories, acceptance criteria), and manage backlog, priorities, and scope.

  • Run Agile delivery rituals: sprint planning, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

  • Track execution through Jira: delivery plans, burndown/flow metrics, risks, blockers, and mitigation actions.

  • Drive strong stakeholder management: structured communication, expectation alignment, and decision facilitation.

  • Ensure quality and readiness: testing coordination, release planning, and post-release follow-up.

  • Maintain crisp project documentation (incl. decision logs, specs, process maps), and identify process improvements/optimization opportunities.

  • Use modern digital tools (including AI tools) to improve documentation, planning, QA efficiency, and knowledge management.

  • Build a network of the relevant contacts and discover new potential use cases.

  • Validation of the assumptions related to the project (especially those related to acquiring new customers)

Must have Requirements:

  • English proficiency (written and spoken) for client-facing delivery.

  • 3+ years as Project Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst delivering software products (3+ considered if domain depth is exceptional).

  • Proven delivery experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban, including hands-on sprint facilitation.

  • Consulting or client-facing experience: ability to lead workshops, manage expectations, and drive outcomes in dynamic environments.

  • Strong understanding of FinTech / payments, and practical familiarity with stablecoin and/or blockchain-enabled payment flows.

  • Strong budget/timeline ownership mindset: comfortable managing people, scope, deadlines, and delivery trade-offs.

  • Tooling: confident with Jira, and collaboration tools like GitHub, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong ownership, initiative, and execution discipline.

  • Ability to understand technically complex systems and communicate them clearly to business stakeholders.

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of modules typical for stablecoin/payment stacks: wallets, compliance (AML/KYC), on/off-ramps, identity/SSO integrations (e.g., AD/Okta), ledger/balance tracking, reconciliation/FinOps.

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot/Cursor/automation) for documentation, planning, QA, or productivity improvements.

  • Technical background (engineering experience) or strong comfort with APIs and tooling (e.g., Postman, Swagger).

  • Experience with Web3 concepts (custodial vs non-custodial, transaction signing, gas, operational risk, compliance-by-design).

  • Experience in process design and visualization (Miro/diagrams), and improving delivery frameworks.

  • Track record of growing accounts (upsell/expansion) through trust and delivery excellence.

  • Experience in preparing marketing materials (Canva, Figma, etc.)
